This message is for those of you who’ve had your coins or tokens stolen after depositing them in the Freewallet wallet. Sadly, we’ve heard many stories like yours and spoken to dozens of victims. The truth is, only some are willing to take action to fight back and recover their funds, but that’s the only way to win!

How to Stop Freewallet Scammers

We’ve put together a plan to help punish the Freewallet scammers and get back the stolen cryptocurrency. Here’s what we recommend:

1. Push for an international investigation.
We’ve found victims from countries like the Netherlands, Romania, the USA, Russia, Thailand, and more. Freewallet claims to be based in Estonia, but the real owners might be in Russia or the UK. This doesn’t mean they’re untouchable. We need to push for an international investigation, involving Interpol and other global agencies. And for that, we need public pressure!

2. File constant complaints.
Freewallet’s actions are blatant scams. But law enforcement can sometimes be slow to act. We need to keep filing complaints to get their attention. Imagine if just 10% of 1,000 victims submitted formal complaints or abuses. It would be impossible to ignore! The more noise we make, the faster they’ll respond.

3. Join forces.
One person filing a complaint might not get noticed, but if all the victims work together, we can take coordinated steps to put pressure on the authorities.

These steps are the best way to ensure an investigation into Freewallet. If successful, the scammers will not only face justice but could be forced to return your stolen assets!

What You Can Do:

  1. Share your story with us – We’ll guide you on filing complaints and appeals for free. Contact us at freewallet-report@tutanota.com.
  2. Report the crime to your local police – Many countries allow online submissions, but even if you have to go in person, it’s worth spending the time. Remember, only the authorities can force scammers to return your money!
  3. File complaints with international bodies – We’ll send you a full list of organizations to contact, such as the FCI and NFIB, once you get in touch with us.

FAQ:

I don’t think this will help. I’ve already filed complaints, but nothing happened.
The problem is we’re not doing it together. Thousands of Freewallet users have been scammed, but we need to file complaints all at once and direct them to the right authorities.

I don’t know how to write a complaint.
No problem! Contact us at freewallet-report@tutanota.com, and we’ll help you draft it for free. We don’t need your personal info, just a basic description of what happened.

I’m hesitant to give my info to the police.
We understand, but filing a report is the only way to recover your assets. If you really can’t bring yourself to do it, at least help us spread the word and inform other victims.

I don’t have much time to file complaints.
Following our steps will take 15-20 minutes a day (if done online), or you might only need a couple of hours for a visit to the police.

I’m not sure if Freewallet is actually a scam. Could it just be a misunderstanding?
This is definitely a scam. Hundreds of people have already lost money, so we need to act together to stop them!
